Every Era Furniture piece is handled with the same care we put into making it. Here's how shipping works.

Shipping
  • We ship pan-India through trusted logistics partners, with free shipping on every product, everywhere in India.
  • Orders are dispatched only once full payment has been received — we do not ship against partial or advance payment.
  • Every product is insured for the duration of transit, until it's delivered to your door.
  • You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched.
  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped — please confirm the address carefully at checkout.
  • A signature is required at the time of delivery.

Shipping Time
  • Timelines depend on whether a piece is ready in our workshop or made to order; the expected timeline is noted on each product page.
  • In-stock pieces are processed and dispatched within 7–14 days.
  • Made-to-order pieces are shipped within 20–60 days.
  • Customised pieces (built to your specific requirements) are shipped within 25–90 days, depending on the scope of customisation.
  • All orders — in-stock, made-to-order, or customised — are shipped only after full payment has been received.
  • Once production is complete, we share the finished piece with you (photos/video) for your confirmation. The order is shipped only after you've confirmed the product.
  • A tracking number is emailed the moment your order ships.

Doorstep Delivery
  • Ground-floor homes and offices: the product is handed over at your doorstep.
  • Multi-level buildings: the product is placed in a secure lobby area after informing the security desk.
  • Moving the furniture into your space is the customer's responsibility — please arrange manpower in advance if needed.
  • Assembly instructions, where applicable, are included with the product.
  • We recommend checking your doorway, staircase, and lift dimensions before ordering. Era Furniture and our logistics partners aren't responsible for space constraints not verified beforehand.
