STANDARD DESIGNS
For standard products, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that we do not offer refunds for standard products. Exchanges are the only option available for such items.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
For custom pieces, returns are generally not accepted as these items are made to your specific requirements. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will accept returns. If your custom piece arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
To initiate an exchange for standard products, please contact us at info@erafurniture.in or call us at 759000915, 7592000917. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will then provide instructions for returning the item. Please note that the cost of return shipping for standard products is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets our exchange criteria, we will process the exchange and send the replacement item. For custom pieces with manufacturing defects, the return shipping costs will be covered by Era Furniture.
